Accordion Desert Daze began as a commissioned shoot in Joshua Tree National Park, created for a Client whose chosen artwork became the centerpiece of the project. He sourced a beauty of an instrument from 1918. Surrounded by sun-washed rocks, silent stretches of desert, and the sculptural presence of Joshua trees, the accordion seemed to belong to the landscape as if it had always been there — an instrument of breath and memory resting in a place shaped by wind, light, and time.
